We are happy to offer personal tuition for every level of LAMDA qualification - whether solo, duet or group work

We will train you in

• creating and inhabiting characters - transforming as if into another person, interpreting the text, working with spontaneity, being in the moment and expressing feeling as if for the first time
• communicating text and subtext - the spoken and unspoken toughts and feelings of the character
• playing objectives- claryifying what the character wants and identifying strategies to achieve it
• sustaining imaginative power - maintaining focus and changing with the next thought
• physical and vocal characterisation - finding voice and movemen appropriate to the character, developing flexibilty and freedom in both voice nad movement
• articulation and clarity in thought and diction - making your intentions and the menaing and structure of thetext clear and intelligible to the audience

We cna also get you up to speed with background information about the texts you choose so that the examiner will be impressed with your research.

And we will take care not to interfere with work that your regular tutor has already achieved.
